Cuba garden office is our smallest garden office measuring 3m by 3m by 2.4m high.

Cuba is designed for a single worker where only a small seperate space is required, this garden office gives you room for a desk and cabinets/shelving but does give great light through the large floor to ceiling front window.

Ideally suited for a garden where space is limited or where there is no real need for excessive wasted space.

Gorgeous contemporary design in red cedar strips with 6mm spacings, other finishes are available such as metal rainscreen cladding but prices will vary.
The huge picture window allows lots of light into the space and really shows off those good looks of the thin red cedar strips and low profile aluminium windows. The sleek minimalist interior adds to the look in what we feel is an extremely attractive small office space. You can change the external finish of the Cuba to aluminium rainscreen or another decorative cladding material if required, we have lots of ideas and pictures of different finishes which we would be thrilled to go through with you.

We love it when a client really wants to push the boundaries on external finishes to make a super modern building design and we have lots of ideas ourselves.

Please find below an explanation on the process you will go through when ordering a garden office garden room from Urbann. Prepare Garden Office Garden room proposal

After talking through your requirements and initially agreeing a way forward we will put together an initial proposal for your approval. The proposal includes an outline specification on the design you like , this will give you a good general overview of what you get and for how much.

Arrange a site visit

A Director , you will deal with the same person throughout the ordering and build process, will arrange a suitable time to visit you go through the design in detail and agree a full specification, showing you the materials and components that are available for your Garden office Garden room. An initial survey of the site will take place to check for ground conditions, space and light as well as looking at site access and delivery options.

Specification and costs

After our site visit we will provide you with a full specification for your Pod which will include everything we have agreed, this will include all cladding/finishing materials and internal fitout. You will receive a guaranteed quote that stands for 90 days, wood and metal prices can change so we feel the 90 days covers you incase of industry material cost changes. If you would like to proceed you will receive an architectural drawing of your garden office garden room with comprehensive external and internal elevations.

Book your installation date

Upon agreeing your design specification and quote we will book a date that is suitable to install your garden office  garden room, it is usually 10-14 weeks from placing your order. We will organise an installation agenda with foundations and groundworks being done about two weeks prior to installation.

Install your Garden office/ Garden room

Your Garden office Garden room will be installed with little disruption by Urbann's highly qualified installation team. Depending on site constraints, the installation should be finished within two weeks as we prefabricate the walls offsite and crane them into place, all walls and ceiling are pre-wired to second fix stage to speed up the build process. Once in place all cladding, plastering and finishing trades will complete your superb space.
