Polwarth Drive was originally a 1950’s build, requiring a full external and internal renovation with 7m X 3.7m extension added to the rear of the property, the complete turnaround time requested was three months,it was a renovation extension build in newcastle upon tyne.

We are really pleased with the results, the weather knocked us back by a week or so but the finished product was excellent. A complete transformation from what was there three months previous and even the neighbours as far as two streets away complemented us on the results as the build progressed.
